Ingredients

  • lamb clod - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • rice - 2 cups
  • tomatoes - 3 - 4
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Rub the lamb clod with salt, put it in a baking dish, top with 3-4 cups of cold water and put in the oven to bake.
