  • eggs - 2
  • flour - 2 cups
  • oil - 2 tablespoons oil or melted butter
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - 1/4 tsp


Beat the eggs with the sugar and add some of the flour with the baking powder, oil, sugar, salt and remaining flour.

Gradually, add the milk, beating with a whisk. Don't whip too long - once the products are homogenized, stop stirring. Heat a Teflon pan, lightly grease it, and pour in a ladle of the mixture.

Do not spread the pancake mixture out. As soon as they get some bubbles on top, flip them.
