Clean the asparagus and put it in to boil for about 6 minutes in hot water and milk. Drain and put it in a lightly greased baking tray.
Mix together the crumbled cheese, curds and chopped chives and spread them over the asparagus.
Melt the butter, pour it in a dish and sprinkle the top with paprika. Optionally, add grated parmesan.
Put it to bake in a preheated moderate oven, until it gets a delicious tan.
