Ingredients

  • asparagus - 17.6 oz (500 g)
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • cottage cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • chives - 2 tablespoons chopped
  • oil - 1 to 2 tablespoons
  • milk - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • paprika - 3 clips
  • parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon grated, optional

How to cook

Clean the asparagus and put it in to boil for about 6 minutes in hot water and milk. Drain and put it in a lightly greased baking tray.

Mix together the crumbled cheese, curds and chopped chives and spread them over the asparagus.

Melt the butter, pour it in a dish and sprinkle the top with paprika. Optionally, add grated parmesan.

Put it to bake in a preheated moderate oven, until it gets a delicious tan.
