How to cook
Chicken hearts are cut down the middle and well washed. Dry and put them in 4-5 tablespoons oil to stir-fry.
Finely chop the onions and add them to the lightly fried hearts. Stew under cover to soften.
Season with wine and sauce and pour into a saucepan. Bake in a moderate oven for about 40-50 minutes.
