Peel, wash and slice the potatoes directly into the tray. Wash them with oil and gently shake them.
Combine all the spices together and flatten them slightly with a mallet. Then sprinkle evenly over the potatoes.
Stir gently and add 2/5 cup (100 ml) beer, 2/5 cup (100 ml) of warm water to the tray.
Put the tray to bake the potatoes in a pre- heated oven at 356°F (180 °C) for 30-40 minutes.
Optionally, serve a portion of potatoes with a little grated cheese or feta cheese.
