How to cook
Cut the zucchini in thick circles and salt and sprinkle them with a little pepper. For the crumbs, with a mixer, beat the egg yolks with the flour, salt, spices and beer/soda at a low level.
Separately, beat the egg whites to snow and gently mix with the egg yolks. Heat plenty of oil for frying.
Dip each zucchini in the crumbing and drop it in to cook evenly on both sides.
The finished aromatic fried zucchini is drained on kitchen paper. Serve them with a salad if desired.
