How to cook
Grate the zucchini large and let it stand for half an hour, then drain them from most of their water.
Add eggs, crumbled cheese, chopped dill and all other spices. Knead the mixture well for meatballs and add the crushed crackers.
Preheat a finger of oil around in a pan, scoop the mixture with a spoon, form small patties and drop them into the hot oil.
Drain the ready patties on kitchen paper.
