How to cook
Mix the ground onion and grated tomatoes, chopped garlic, chopped parsley and spices. If you feel that the minced meat is low in salt, add some.
Rake it thoroughly with a fork and let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
Brush the Arabian bread lightly with oil, spread a thin layer of minced meat on top, leaving about 1/4″ (0.5 cm) from the edge of the loaf, fold it in 2 and bake for about 15 minutes in a closed toaster.
Serve with a salad.
