  • phyllo pastry - 1 pack rolled
  • eggs - 2
  • mayonnaise - 1 package
  • carbonated water - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)


Beat the eggs. The mayonnaise is diluted with soda water. Place 2 or 3 sheets of pastry and with a spoon, start smearing them lightly with mayonnaise mixture. Then, crush a bit of cheese on.

Roll the crust and place it in a lightly greased baking tray. Repeat the lubrication of the layer and tighten until the end.

Pour the beaten eggs on and put the pie in to bake until ready.
