Peel the potatoes and put them to boil. Must remain half done, to grate easier. Cut the leeks large and put them to stew.
Season with spices, add the potatoes and stir well for about 3 minutes. Greased tray is lined with sheets, then top with filling, repeat until the end of the products.
On top, pour the beaten eggs and bake in low oven (around 320°F (160 °C)).
