  • phyllo pastry - 1 pack
  • mince - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • leeks - 2 sprigs
  • eggs - 3.
  • carbonated water - 1 cup (250 ml.)
  • oil - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • pepper - ground


Stew the chopped onion and mince. Add the pepper, if desired, and other seasonings. Stir well.

In a buttered pan put a crust, then on top, two greased layers are gently curled. Sprinkle with the pre- made mixture. Repeat this procedure until the end of the crusts and mixture.

Top the pie with two whole crusts. Cut it with a sharp knife into pieces and then pour a sauce made from melted butter, eggs and soda, which are well beaten in advance.
