How to cook
In a greased oven dish, arrange a layer of phyllo pastry, a layer of feta cheese (grated coarsely), repeat. Finish off with 3-4 phyllo pastry sheets.
Slice the pie into squares. Pour in the hot oil and then a mixture of beaten eggs and carbonated water. Bake in a moderate oven, at 356°F (180 °C), until browned.
Remove it from the oven, top it lightly with oil and cover with a towel to smother.
