  • phyllo pastry - 1 package
  • feta cheese - 14 oz (400 g)
  • butter - 2/3 cup (150 g)
  • eggs - 5
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml) warm

How to cook

Bottom of a pan is greased, put two sheets torn from the pastry. Crumble some cheese, add two more sheets, then cheese and repeat until you have exhausted the ingredients.

Top with two sheets. With a sharp knife cut the cake into squares. Heat oil in a pan on the stove until boiling and pour it evenly on the pie.

Beat the eggs and dilute them with water. Pour over the pie cake and put it to bake in a heated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
