Ingredients

  • lamb - 28 oz (800 g)
  • broad beans - 1/5 cup (60 g)
  • green onions - 3 bunches
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • dill - 1/2 bunch
  • oil - 6 tablespoons
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 tsp, toasted
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Saute the portions of meat in oil with onions and the broad beans, rubbed with salt and parboiled beforehand. Once the broad beans and meat soften, add the paprika and pour in 1 cup hot water.

Let the meat simmer. Once the beans are fully cooked, add the toasted flour.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill. Serve the dish with yogurt.find similar recipes here
