- milk - 6 1/5 cups (1.5 l)
- sugar - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
- gelatin - 2 oz (50 g)
- sour cream - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
- almonds - 2/5 cup (100 g)
Boil the milk and sugar and cool to 122°F (50 °C). Soak the gelatin in cold water until it swells. Add it to the milk.
Put the mixture in a cold water bath and stir it until it thickens like dough. Then add the cream and ground almonds.
Distribute the resulting cream into bowls and put them in the refrigerator for several hours to set.
