How to cook

Chop the onion finely and fry it in 1 tablespoon oil. Once it starts to brown, add the beer and stir. Wait and let boil for a few minutes, then top up with hot milk.

Add the mustard, spices and sauce thickened with flour. Stir for another 3 minutes and remove from heat. Serve with meat, rice or vegetables.
