Boil 4/5 cup (200 ml) of water, and then add a spoon of cinnamon. Use a lime and orange citrus press for pressing to separate the juice and clean the sliced pears and apples, then make juice in a juicer.
In a pitcher of ice, mix the citrus juices with those from the apples and pears. Add the cinnamon tea, cool and mix well.
Serve these non-alcoholic cocktails in tall glasses decorated with a slice of lemon.
