  • water - 1 1/2 cups
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • flour - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • eggs - 2
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g), or use cheese


Put the water, oil, salt and black pepper in a pot, on the stove. Once it boils, pour in all the flour at once and stir with wooden spoon until a dough is formed.

Then, take it away from the heat, add the feta cheese and leave it to cool. Then add the eggs one at a time, and stir until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

With a pastry bag or cream injector, form small pies, arrange them with some space in between them in a tray and bake in a moderate oven.

The mini pies rise and almost double in size. Serve warm.
