How to cook
Take three sheets of round phyllo pastry dough and place them on top of each other. Cut them into 4 equal pieces crosswise.
Smear each sheet thoroughly with melted butter, put crumbled feta cheese, cheese and a piece of processed cheese evenly. Wrap them to look like bags and stack them one on top of another.
Preheat a grill pan and grease it well with butter. Crisp each pie on the top, smear it well with oil on both sides.
