Spinach Pie with Ham

  • phyllo pastry - rolled, half pack
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • eggs - 5
  • spinach - 14 oz (400 g)
  • cheese - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • milk - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • cooking oil
  • salt


Wash the spinach and place it to be scalded in boiling water. Boil the eggs and cut them into smaller pieces.

Cut the ham into pieces and crush the cheese. Put in a greased pan’s bottom 4-5 filo pastry layers, start to stack the spinach, ham, eggs and cheese. Salt.

When the quantities are halfway, order them with crust once and continue with the rest of eggs, ham, spinach and cheese.

Top with several sheets, pour the milk and put to bake until lightly tanned.
