The meat is minced very finely. Slice the onion and fry it large in the heated oil. Add the meat to stew for stuffing with 2-3 tablespoons of water.
Add the peeled and grated potatoes, salt, sprinkle with pepper and continue to stew until only the fat remains. Spread each crust with oil, put stuffing on it and roll. Do so with four sheets.
Arrange in an oiled baking dish brushed with egg yolk and sprinkle with a little oil and bake in moderate oven for about 30 minutes.
