Boil the beans well, change the water out after it boils twice. Boil for about an hour on medium heat. Chop the vegetables finely and put them in the beans along with the spices and oil.
Simmer for another 40 minutes, then cut the sausage coarsely and add it to the dish. Boil for another ten minutes until soft and the dish is ready!
Serve the beans sprinkled with finely chopped fresh parsley. And if you throw in a chili too, it will end up even tastier.
