Bake the peppers and peel them. Cut them into strips. You can use canned.
Beat the eggs and stir them with the cottage cheese.
Chop the garlic finely, add them to egg mixture. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
Smear a tray with a little oil and arrange the peppers. Pour on the olive oil.
Pour the egg mixture and cottage cheese on top, put to bake in a preheated oven for 20 min.
Take out of the oven, grate the cheese and return to bake for another 10 min.
Serve the dish sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
