Ingredients

  • sauerkraut - 1 small cabbage head
  • beans - 1 cup, white
  • oil
  • spearmint
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • flour - 1 tsp

Preparation

Cut the sauerkraut finely and place it in a pot with a little oil and sauerkraut juice until softened.

Once it is, push it to one end of the pot, put some flour on the other and braise for 1 min, then add the paprika and spearmint and mix well.

Mix the sauerkraut with the pre-boiled white beans and leave the dish on low heat for about 40 minutes.
