Cut the pork in medium or large chunks and boil in salted water. Boil the beans with a little salt and oil. Stew the chopped onions for 10-something minutes in preheated oil, with the carrots and celery, sprinkle with red pepper and mix with the paprika sauce.
This roué is poured in the pan with the drained beans. Add to the mixture and add 4 1/5 cups litre of broth to it. Add the sliced mushrooms in the pan.
Cut the sausages into pieces and fry in a little hot oil, then add them to the pan. The dish can be thickened with diluted flour.
Put to bake for 10-15 minutes in a heated oven and finally mix- in the chopped mint and parsley.
