Ingredients

  • mince - 18 oz (500 g) beef
  • black pepper
  • paprika
  • salt
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • beans - 5.5 oz (150 g) black and large
  • corn - 1/3 cup (80 g)
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • chili
  • oil

How to cook

Take the mince and fry it with the black pepper and paprika, salt, garlic (sliced, not crushed). Once ready, drain some of the oil, and add the pre-boiled beans.

Add the grains of corn – boiled or canned. Then mix in the tomato paste and chili.

Next, add the salt and sugar. Allow to boil on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
