Suitable as an afternoon snack.
Wash, peel and clean the apple, then grate on a fine grater.
Put 1/2 cup (120 ml) water to boil on the stove, add the apple. Leave it to boil 1-2 min. and add the starch, dissolved in 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml) water while stirring nonstop until thickened.
If the apple isn't sweet, add 1 small pinch sugar to the water while it's boiling.
I used peach starch but you can use any flavor you like.
Let it cool and feed your little one.
