Clean the fish, wash it and remove the thick skin. Cut it into 1/2″ (1.5 cm) thick pieces or fillet it into separate portions. Arrange them on half the sheet of foil, which you've spread out in a tray.
Arrange the remaining products in between, sprinkle everything with oil and season with the spices.
Cover with the remaining foil and put the tray in a heated oven.
Bake at 356°F (180 °C) oven about 40-45 min. and take out. Open up the foil, serve the dish into suitable plates.
