Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.21 lb (1kg) - 4.41 lb (2kg)
  • butter - hardened for blanching

How to cook

Peel and cut the potatoes into thick sticks. Heat palm or other oil (not liquid) in the fryer.

Blanch the potatoes for about 2 minutes in portions, then spread them on paper towels, in a wide plate to drain and cool.

Put the fully cooled potatoes in well closed envelopes and put in freezer to freeze.
