Peel the bananas and mash them. Soak the biscotti in half the liqueur mixed with 1 tbsp water. Whip the cream with the sugar and mix it with the banana puree, adding the rest of the liqueur.

Arrange the biscotti vertically along the walls of an oiled dish like a crown, and pour the cream in the middle. Allow the cake to cool.
