Ingredients

  • beef - 16 oz (450 g) minced
  • salt - to taste
  • pepper - to taste
  • onions - chopped
  • oil - for frying

How to cook

Chop the beef very finely and season it with salt, pepper and juice drained from 1 onion.

Form 1 or 2 flat and large meatballs and fry evenly in preheated oil.

Top with brown sauce and vegetables.
