How to cook
Cut the Pork Tenderloin into portions and tenderize it. Rub it with the salt and white pepper.
Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice, wine and coriander, stir well.
Smear the meat pieces with this mixture and leave to marinate for 2 hours in fridge.
Take them out and cook on the grill on both sides, turning them over several times. Serve right away.
