Stir until homogeneous and set aside. In the tray you'll be baking, arrange the ribs, pour in 1 finger beer and smear them generously with the marinade.
If you're not in a hurry, leave them for 1 hour in the fridge, then add the beer. Set aside 2-3 tbsp of the marinade.
Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated 428°F (220 °C) oven.
After 20 min., remove the foil and leave to obtain a nice crisp. Before serving, smear with the rest of the marinade.
