Sift the flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat the eggs to cream with the sugar and oil. Gradually add the milk and flour in portions. Homogenize the mixture well and aromatize with the vanilla.
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a tray with baking paper, bake the cake layer in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven about 20 min.
Repeat for the remaining mixture to make the other 2 layers.
