Ingredients

  • beef - 9 oz (260 g)
  • fat - 1 oz (30 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • parsley
  • flour - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)

How to cook

Take the minced meat and mix it with salt, pepper, parsley and a little water. We can replace the water with one egg, if we want.

From the mixture are formed steaks that are fried in flour or breadcrumbs. Fry in preheated oil.

Serve with sauce or topped with the appropriate garnish.
