Cut the chicken fillets into 2 to make them thinner.
Place them in a marinade, prepared as follows. Mix the oil and soy sauce in a container, stir well.
Place fillets in it, leave for about 2 hours. Once ready, arrange them in an oiled tray.
For the topping, mix the processed cheese and mayonnaise, stir until homogeneous.
Smear the fillets generously with this mixture. Sprinkle black pepper to taste on top.
Pour 1/2 cup water in the tray and place in the oven. Bake until the topping crisps, about 30-35 min.
