How to cook
Cut the onions, carrots and celery into small cubes. Fry them in a little oil for a short time.
Add the finely chopped meat and the water. Boil and allow to simmer on medium heat for 30 minutes.
Add 2 cubes of chicken broth and the vermicelli. Boil for 10 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
