How to cook
Clean and wash the chicken. Put it to boil in 12 1/2 cups (3 liters) of water, removing the foam on top. To it, add the bay leaf and peppercorns. Once the chicken is cooked, strain the broth into another pot. Add chopped onions and carrots to it.
Allow to boil for 15 minutes and add the cut into pieces chicken, cleaned from its skin and bones, as well as the noodles. After another 7-8 minutes, remove it from the heat, add butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
