Wash the mackerels very well. Cut into separate fillets and dry.

Arrange the fillets with the skin facing down in an oiled tray.

Mix together the mustard, white wine, vinegar, parsley, oil, salt, black pepper and bay leaf, pour it on top of the fillets.

Place the lemon slices on top and bake 20 min.
