How to cook
Mix all the products (excluding the marmalade) and knead a soft dough. Divide it into 2 parts.
Roll out each into a rectangle, then cut each into 3″ (7 cm) squares.
Put a little marmalade on top, press on both sides and roll into a cigar-like shape. Arrange in a tray that you've slightly oiled.
Bake in a preheated 374°F (190 °C) oven about 20 min. until light pink. While still warm, sprinkle with powdered sugar. They're really tasty!
