Debone the lamb meat and cut into pieces. Put it to boil in salted water until ready.
Once ready, take a large tray, pour the cup of rice and the braised vegetables. Use the rice cup to measure out 6 cups of the broth in which you boiled the lamb meat, put it into the tray. Add the black pepper, salt and savory to taste and stir.
Then arrange the meat and put to bake in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven. Once the water comes to a boil, bake another 15 min. and take it out - that way the rice will be tender.
