Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 2 - 3 heads
  • all purpose spice - 1 tsp, for pork
  • red wine - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • savory
  • thyme

Preparation

Dice the meat and braise it. Add salt and pour in the wine.
