Smear the washed chicken legs well with the oil and spices. Put the tray with the legs in a preheated 482°F (250 °C) oven.
Bake about 15 min., then pour on the wine, return to the oven and lower heat to 374°F (190 °C).
Check on it and if needed, pour in a little warm water. Bake until ready. After baking, smear them with the barbecue sauce and return to oven for 10 min.
