How to cook
Dissolve the yeast in cool water with the sugar. Leave it to effervesce.
Beat the egg and add it to the yeast. Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt and add it to the bowl. Add the oil and salt.
Start adding the sifted flour a little at a time.
From the dough make balls about 2.5 oz (72 g) in mass (mine yielded 20). Leave them to rise 30-40 min.
Roll out each ball into a rectangle. Put 1/4 of a Vienna Sausage at one end, make cuts along the dough to produce strips. Roll it up from the Vienna Sausage toward the strips.
Place them in an oiled tray. Let rise for another 30 min. Smear with the beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake 15-20 min. at 446°F (230 °C).
