How to cook
Collect pine tips with a length of 1 (2.5 cm) and boil them. Once the water comes to a boil, pour it out, pour in 8 1/3 cups (2 liters) of new water and continue boiling until the liquid is reduced by half.
Then strain, pour the sugar in and continue to boil until thickened. Add citric acid before removing from the fire. Pour into suitable jars and seal.
