Ingredients

  • beans - 10.5 oz (300g)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • salt
  • potato chips

Preparation

Boil the beans with a little salt until completely soft.

Drain and blend with the fried onions in a little oil, while still hot. Salt and add butter.

The bean puree is served with corn chips.
