How to cook
Dissolve the sugar and yeast in the heated milk. Leave it to effervesce. Beat the eggs and mix with the milk.
While stirring nonstop add flour to obtain a mixture thicken than pancake batter. Leave in warm area for 30-40 min. to rise.
Then stir again, while adding the salt. Bake the pancakes in a saj or pan with ceramic coating.
Heat the pan or saj on the stove on medium temperature. Smear it with butter. Pour a ladleful of the mixture.
After cooking on one side, flip over using a plate or spatula. For the next pancake, smear the pan with butter again.
