Clean potatoes and zucchini, chop them into coarse pieces, chop both types of onions finely.
Heat oil in a pot, braise the onions until softened. Add the diced potatoes, zucchini, braise them for a few min. too.
Season with salt, black pepper and paprika, stir and pour in hot water to cover the products. Once boiling, pour in the pea and carrot mix, add the rice.
Cook on low heat until rice is ready, stirring periodically. If needed, pour in a little more water.
Sprinkle with crumbled savory, finely chopped fresh parsley and serve with heads of fresh garlic and whole grain bread. Bon appetit!
