  • crab rolls - 9 oz (250 g)
  • potatoes - 2
  • pickles - 3
  • carrots - 3
  • corn - 2/5 cup (100 g) canned
  • peas - 2/5 cup (100 g) boiled (or canned)
  • mayonnaise - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • yoghurt - 2/5 cup (100 g)

How to cook

Boil the potatoes and carrots in salted water. You can use carrots from pickle preserves (don't boil in that case). Peel and dice the potatoes.

Finely dice the carrots, pickles and crab rolls. Add the boiled peas and corn. Stir the products well.

Mix the mayo with the yoghurt, stir well until homogeneous and pour it over the salad. Stir all the products well. Serve the salad chilled.
