How to cook
Wash and clean the fish. I used pre-cleaned, store-bought fish.
Salt it, put 1 bay leaf and black pepper onto each.
Arrange in a tray, add finely chopped onions and the tomatoes - mixed with the oil, spices and salt - around the fish.
If the tomatoes are a bit thick, you can add a little water as well.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 40 min.
